Horrible wait times. Barristas are not at the register to take orders for long stretches of time, while lines of customers wait. No apologies, nothing. I once counted 5 barristas who couldn't handle a line of 3 customers without crumbling into chaos. Takes forever to complete an order, and I'm talking tall pike, not some fancy drink. Inventory management is horrible. They regularly run out of basic stuff. I ordered a panini-- it got stolen from the counter within 30 seconds of them putting it out. What?! How is this place still in business?

I webt to Starbucks today and ordered two Starbucks double shots over ice. Because I often get this coffee drink, I know how it Should be made. Always goes in the shaker, classic syrup, and then espresso shots. It is shaken and poured into the to go cup. Then a splash, and only a splash, of 2% milk is added. The lid put on and it is served. The milk is not shaken or stirred into the drink. This changes the flavor as well as the appearance. Also it is incorrect. I have had a negative experience 3 out of 5 times in getting this drink correctly made. There are times that I have had it remade, but that adds an additional 10 or 15 minutes due to the heavy flow of business and lack of customer service. I believe if my drink is made incorrectly it should be corrected immediately. I did call the customer feedback line and report the issue. I was fully refunded each time. It took 25 minutes to get my mobile order. None of the staff smiled, said hello or thank you. Employees exhibited no urgency. Manager...please reintroduce your employees to the specs and provide additional training in customer service etiquette. Thank you.

Who ever the young lady with the red hair is, she has a very sour attitude and obviously doesn’t like her position judging by her body language... I’m the only one with a cold beverage...the woman making hot beverages is moving no slower than my grandma, meanwhile its only 8:39pm... Starbucks when I used to work there would’ve never been like tonight was. 27.95 for a french press and a frapp...you could at least smile and help make drinks. My purchase went to your check.
